I’ve just been doing a bit of flyering for my personal training company. The guy who said he wanted to lick my arse did NOT get given a flyer!
I just did 20 pressups! How many have you done today?
19-5-12 my calves are one of my target areas, I’m aiming to slim them down a bit and tone them up before the shorts come out for summer!
19-5-12 Worked out in the gym this morning and I am LOVING my arms today :)
I’ve been busy working my arms today, 165 assisted pressups, 60 dips and 150 bicep curls. I can barely type now but at least I can rest them until next weekend!
Questions are always welcome :)

Tim Ferriss talks about how it helps in The Four Hour Body, but I just wondered if anyone has any experience with this personally.
Hi, so cold showers make you cold so your body has to work harder to keep you warm and therefore burn more calories. However there are far better (and enjoyable) ways to lose weight, eat the right things, do cardio and strength training. Enjoy your hot shower, you deserve it after a hard work out :)
So I have a weight loss question! I’ve heard that it’s good to exercise right around when you wake up. And since that’s also around the “most important meal of the day”, I wasn’t sure if I should eat first or exercise first? And how long should the interval between the two be? Experiences or suggestions would be greatly appreciated:)
Hi, personally I don’t have time to work out in the mornings before work so I do my exercise in the evenings and that seems to work for my body. With regards to eating, you definitely need to eat before exercising, it will kick start your metabolism and stop you from keeling over! depending on how much you have eaten for breakfast I suggest you wait 20 mins plus before exercising otherwise you may get a stitch and thats just a good excuse for giving up! I hope this is helpful, Nicola x
