I’ve just been doing a bit of flyering for my personal training company. The guy who said he wanted to lick my arse did NOT get given a flyer!
I’ve been busy working my arms today, 165 assisted pressups, 60 dips and 150 bicep curls. I can barely type now but at least I can rest them until next weekend!
