Time for some Flawless Squats. Squats are a fantastic exercise for strengthening and toning your glutes (bum), quads (upper front thighs), and hamstrings (upper rear thighs)!
Hamstring bounces help you to tone up your hamstrings i.e. the muscles at the back of your legs, and also your bum.

My arms are feeling a bit achey this morning arfter my killer bicep and tricep work out yesterday. Its the good kind of ache though so I’m happy :)
